Persepolis Defeats Gol Gohar in Friendly
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Persepolis football team defeated Gol Gohar in a friendly match on Saturday.
The Reds beat the Sirjan-based football club 3-2 in Tehran’s Shahid Kazemi Stadium.
Mehdi Abdi and Vahid Amiri (two goals) scored for Persepolis and Gadwin Mensha scored Gol Gohar’s two goals.
The new edition of the Iran Professional League will kick off on November 6.
IPL holder Persepolis will meet Saipa on November 6 and Gol Gohar host Sepahan in Sirjan on November 7.
