20 Palestinians Arrested As Israeli Forces Storm West Bank Towns

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Israeli occupation forces arrested at least 20 Palestinians in various West Bank areas in the early hours of Wednesday.

The Palestinian Prisoners Society said in a statement that Israeli soldiers stormed the cities of Bethlehem, Hebron (al-Khalil), Ramallah, Al-Bireh, Nablus, Tubas and Jenin, and arrested the 20 citizens.

At the same time, Palestinian resistance fighters clashed with the Zionist occupation forces in Qabatia town in southern Jenin in the occupied West Bank, according to Al-Manar.

Local sources described the clashes as fierce, noting that the Palestinian resistance fighters opened fire at the Israeli military vehicles when they stormed the village.

The sources added that the Zionist forces arrested, during the operation, a Palestinian youngster named Anwar Al-Sabaena after raiding his house.

According to the same sources, the Zionist occupation forces had arrested two other Palestinians two days ago and detonated their car after besieging one of the town’s squares.
