Rahman Rezaei Sacked As Zob Ahan Coach
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Rahman Rezaei was sacked as Zob Ahan coach after five months in charge of Iran Professional League (IPL) side.
Under coaching of the 45-year-old coach, Zob Ahan has lost five of its 14 matches in IPL and dropped to 14th place, two points above the relegation zone.
Rezaei was a member of Zob Ahan as a player from 1996 to 2001.
He played for Iran national football team 54 matches from 2001 to 2009 and scored three goals.
Saket Elhami and Alireza Mansourian are candidates to take charge of Zob Ahan.
