Esteghlal, the most successful club in Hazfi Cup with seven titles, was drawn against Zob Ahan and will play the team In Isfahan.
Persepolis will host Second Division team Shahin Bandar Ameri in Tehran.
Defending champion Tractor will meet Aluminum in Arak.
The competition will be held on April 28 and 29.
