FIBA World Cup Qualifier: Iran Victorious over Bahrain
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran emerged victorious over Bahrain 100-64 in Group D of the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 on Monday.
Behnam Yakhchali scored 22 points for Iran in the match, held in Manama.
Team Melli had also defeated Bahrain in Tehran’s Azadi Hall 82-66 on Friday.
The FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 will be held in three countries: Japan, the Philippines and Indonesia from August 25 to September 10.
