Iranian Weightlifter Yousefi Bags Silver: ISG 2021
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s Alireza Yousefi won a silver medal in the 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games on Monday.
He won the silver with (181-230-411).
Uzbekistan’s Akbar Djuraev (200-246-446) won the gold medal and the bronze medal was won by Turkmenistan’s Hojamuhammet Toychyyev (184-225-409).
The 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games are being held in Konya, Turkey, from August 9 to 18, 2022. It is a multinational, multi-sport event that is played between the athletes from the nations of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
