Sepahan Beats Al-Qurain at Asian Women's Club League Handball C’ship
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Sepahan of Iran defeated Al-Qurain 21-19 at the 5th Asian Women's Club League Handball Championship on Sunday.
Sepahan had lost to South Korean team Sugar Gliders HC 34-22 on Saturday.
The Iranian team will play Kazakhstan’s Alatau Arulary HC on Monday.
The 5th Asian Women's Club League Handball Championship is being held from October 1 to 9 in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Alatau Arulary HC (KAZ), Uzbechka Club (UZB), SK Sugar Gliders HC (KOR), Handball Club Dostyk (KAZ), Foolad Mobarakeh Sepahan (IRI), Sports Club (IND) and Al-Qurain SC (KUW) are competing in the Championship.
