Iran Wins Isfahan International Futsal Tournament

Mohammad Nazemasharieh’s team defeated Russia 4-0 in Isfahan’s Naghsh-e Jahan Stadium.

Mehdi Javid scored twice for the host in the 19^th and 29^th minutes.

Alireza Rafiei made it 3-0 in the 32^nd minute and Mohammad Shajari scored Iran’s fourth goal in the 38^th minute.

Iran started the competition with a 3-3 draw against Azerbaijan and edged past Kazakhstan 2-1 in its second match.

Iran won the title with seven points, followed by Russia (four points), Azerbaijan (two points) and Kazakhstan (two points).
