Footage Shows Syrian Army Forces in Battle with Terrorists in Northwestern Hama
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - The Syrian army were filmed repelling this week’s attack by terrorists in northwestern region of Hama.
The video was released by the Anna News Agency showing the government forces in battle with terrorists near Muhardeh.
The video shows the Syrian army engaging in fierce combat with the terrorists who launched a heavy assault to capture several areas between Al-Sqaylabiyeh and Muhardeh in northwestern Hama province.
Under a deal reached following a meeting between Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in September, all militants should have withdrawn from the demilitarization zone by October 15.
However, al-Qaeda-linked Takfiri terrorists said they refuse to either leave the buffer zone or hand over their weapons.
