Israeli Strikes Flatten Buildings in Gaza (+Video)
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Israeli regime's military has reported striking 426 targets in Gaza, resulting in the deaths of at least 313 Palestinians and causing massive explosions that flattened residential buildings.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health has confirmed that among the casualties, 20 children have lost their lives, with around 2,000 others wounded.
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) has revealed that over 20,000 Palestinians have fled Gaza's border region to seek refuge in UN schools within the territory.
Nebal Farsakh, spokesperson for the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRC), conveyed the significant challenges faced by their medical teams in Gaza. They have called upon the international humanitarian community to establish humanitarian corridors, enabling organizations like theirs to safely provide assistance to people in the Gaza Strip.
Al Jazeera's Youmna ElSayed has reported a constant deterioration in humanitarian conditions in the Gaza Strip. The electricity supply has dropped from 120 megawatts to just 20MW, primarily provided by power plants funded by the Palestinian Authority and healthcare institutions have been forced to rely on backup generators.
