Inter Milan Not Interested in Signing Taremi in January
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Inter Milan is keen to sign Porto striker Mehdi Taremi on a free transfer next summer.
The fact that Taremi’s contract with Porto runs out at the end of next June is a major factor underlying Inter Milan’s interest in the 31-year-old.
The Nerazzurri had considered a move for the Iranian international during the summer transfer window, but in the end, it was Marko Arnautovic who arrived as a striker instead. The Austrian proved to be a lower-cost piece of business in the position than Taremi.
The 31-year-old remains a priority target for Inter in attack.
