IRGC Condemns Kerman Terrorist Attack as A Failed Attempt to Stir Up Insecurity in Iran

In a statement issued on Thursday, the IRGC condemned Wednesday's twin blasts that resulted in the tragic loss of 84 lives and left 284 individuals injured, with some in critical condition. Medical authorities have grimly predicted a potential rise in the death toll.

The explosions occurred in proximity to the resting place of the late anti-terror commander, Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani, during a commemorative ceremony marking his fourth martyrdom anniversary.

Describing the attack as an act of revenge aimed at the profound reverence of the Iranian people, particularly the courageous younger generation, towards General Soleimani, the IRGC cautioned the enemies, asserting the unwavering commitment of the Iranian nation to follow in his footsteps, thwarting any evil goals.
