Esteghlal Held by Tractor, Persepolis, Sepahan Share Spoils: IPL
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran Professional League (IPL) leader Esteghlal was held to a 0-0 draw by Tractor and Persepolis and Sepahan played out a goalless draw on Wednesday.
Esteghlal drew 0-0 with Tractor in Tabriz’s Yadegar-e Emam Stadium and in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium Persepolis shared the spoils in a goalless draw with Sepahan. Persepolis captian Omid Alishah was sent off in the 82nd minute.
Esteghlal sits top with 54 points, one point above Persepolis.
