Iran’s Akrami to Officiate at 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualification
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Hassan Akrami of Iran has been chosen to officiate at the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualification.
Akrami will referee the match between Myanmar and Syria in Group B in Asia, which will be held at the Thuwunna Stadium in Yangon, Myanmar on March 21.
He will be assisted by his compatriots Alireza Ilderom and Hassan Zahiri.
Amir Arab Baraghi will be the match’s fourth official.
