Iran’s Saravi Takes Gold at 2024 Asian Greco-Roman Wrestling C’ships
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Mohammad Hadi Saravi of Iran claimed a gold medal in the 2024 Asian Greco-Roman Wrestling Championships on Tuesday.
He defeated Iussuf Matsiyev from Kazakhstan 9-0 in the final match of the 97kg.
Jeongyul Kwon from South Korea and Chinese Houzhi Hao claimed two bronze medals in the weight category.
The 2024 Asian Wrestling Championships were held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan from April 11 to 16.
