Iran to Use All Power Against Bahrain: Shamsaei
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Iranian national futsal team’s head coach Vahid Shamsaei said his men are ready to bring all their power against Bahrain.
Team Melli is scheduled to meet Bahrain in Group D of the 2024 AFC Futsal Asian Cup on Saturday, April 20, at the Hua Mark Indoor Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
Shamsaei’s team secured a comfortable 3-1 win over Afghanistan on Matchday One without overly exerting itself. The Iranian head coach is confident his team has done its homework for the game with Bahrain.
“The first game is always a tough one so I’m happy it’s out of the way and I was pleased with the result against Afghanistan,” Shamsaei said.
“Against Bahrain we will do our best because we are aiming to go all the way and win this championship. We have analyzed them in detail and prepared our strategy so that we can bring all our power against them,” he concluded.
